I did not want to leave there, so would be happy to recommend this hotel. Clean place and excellent location, thoroughly enjoyed very good staff. I had cheap and huge room with a comfortable bed and balcony.

The employees were very amiable and outstandingly accommodating. the location close to shops and restaurants was comfortable and absolutely perfect for us. - It was also right by sightseeing, wander, the coast, bus stops, and Phi Phi and other destinations. - Everything was simply nice. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. The pool was a highlight, clean and not overcrowded. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a short ride to the main attractions. The small coffee shop in the lobby served delicious lattes all day, and a fluffy dog greeted us with a cute smile upon arrival.

The slow lift, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

Nothing not to love.

Stayed here for 4 days and had an amazing time. The receptionist was kind and allowed us to keep our belongings in our room before check-in time. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to Bangla Road and Patong beach. The hotel is well-known by locals, so we had no trouble finding it. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a bigger, nicer room at no extra charge. The hotel manager was very understanding and extended our check-out time when we were delayed from island hopping. This hotel is worth the money and will make your Phuket stay comfortable.

I had a decent stay for New Year's, but it wasn't anything special. the staff were friendly and offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. the location was pretty convenient with a market nearby and easy access to transportation. the breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in Patong. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, just like Ann who gave us lots of useful advice and assistance during our stay. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice balcony to relax on. Lastly, the location was convenient, with easy access to the shopping and party areas of Patong. this hotel provided excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

It's a shame that the hotel is not located in the bustling shopping and party area, but a short moto taxi ride can easily take you there.
